Payment Schedule:
1. At the time of booking: 20% deposit
2. 30 days prior to departure: 30% payment
3. 15 days prior to departure: 30% payment
4. 7 days prior to departure: All dues clear.

Documentation
Documentation
1. Valid Passport: With a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel.
2. Umrah Visa: Will be arranged by M.M.R Travel.
3. Polio Certificate: Mandatory for travelers from certain countries.
4. Meningitis Certificate: Mandatory for travelers during the Hajj season.
5. ID Proof: Such as Aadhaar card and Pan Card
6. Marriage Certificate: For married couples.
7. Hotel Booking Confirmation: Will be provided by M.M.R Travel.
8. Flight Ticket: Will be provided by M.M.R Travel.

Cancellation Policy & Charges

Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations must be made in writing to M.M.R Travel.
2. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the following schedule:
- 30 days or more prior to departure: without any loss.
- 15-29 days prior to departure: 20% will have to be paid of the total cost.
- 7-14 days prior to departure: 50% will have to be paid of the total cost
- Less than 7 days prior to departure: Fully non refundable.
3. No refund will be made for unused services or cancellations made after the tour has commenced.
4. M.M.R Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour or package due to unforeseen circumstances, and in such cases, a full refund will be made.
5. The company is not responsible for any cancellation or alteration of the tour due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy:
1. In the event of cancellation of Umrah package, the customer must inform M.M.R Travel in writing.
2. The refund amount will be paid to the customer based on airline refund policy.
3. If the customer cancels the Umrah package 30 days or more prior to the departure date, a full refund will be given. (If visa and ticket is not issued)
4. If the customer cancels the Umrah package between 15-29 days prior to the departure date, a 75% refund will be given. (If visa and ticket is not issued)
5. If the customer cancels the Umrah package between 7-14 days prior to the departure date, a 50% refund will be given. (If visa and ticket is not issued)
6. If the customer cancels the Umrah package less than 7 days prior to the departure date, no refund will be given.
7. M.M.R Travel reserves the right to cancel the Umrah package if the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information.
8. M.M.R Travel reserves the right to cancel the Umrah package if the customer fails to make payment or makes a late payment.
9. Any refund will be processed with in 15 to 30 days

_Terms and Conditions_1. *Booking and Payment*: Deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking. Cancellation charges will apply as per the Airline policy.3. *Visa Requirements*: It is the responsibility of the pilgrim to ensure that they have a valid passport and visa for travel to Saudi Arabia.4. *Travel Documents*: M.M.R Travel will provide travel documents, including flight tickets and hotel vouchers, once the full payment has been made.5. *Accommodation*: Accommodation will be provided in Economy, 3-star or 4-star hotels, depending on the package chosen.6. *Transportation*: Transportation will be provided between airports, hotels, and holy sites.7. *Guided Tours*: Guided tours of holy sites will be provided.8. *Liability*: M.M.R Travel will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by any act or omission of any third party.9. *Governing Law*: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.10. *Dispute Resolution*: Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996._Acceptance_: By booking a package with M.M.R Travel, the pilgrim acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
